2. Wix Smart Chat

Wix replaced its AI Site Chat with Smart Chat in early 2026. It combines automated answers with live chat and sits in the Wix dashboard and mobile app you already use. It is free with your Wix plan and takes minutes to switch on. Try it first if your site is a brochure or a small blog.

Limits: answers are basic, it does not show product cards or push a booking link, there is no lead capture with summaries, and it only exists on Wix.

3. Tidio (Lyro AI)

Tidio is a well-known live-chat app on Wix with Lyro as its AI answer layer. Good if you already run Tidio live chat and want AI to take the first pass. Free plan with 50 conversations, then Starter $29 a month and Growth $59 a month, AI priced as an add-on. No Wix Bookings awareness and product handling is partial. 4. SiteGPT

SiteGPT trains on your site content and answers questions in an embedded widget. It is a clean choice for a content-heavy site such as a consultancy or course site. Pricing starts around $39 a month according to its site. It does not know Wix Stores or Bookings; it answers what is on the page and stops there.

Chatbase is a general AI agent builder you embed with a code snippet. It is flexible and lets you add custom actions, but on Wix that flexibility is work: nothing about products or bookings is built in.
